Intensive Courses:

Before booking an intensive course it is strongly advised that you take an assessment drive to decide how many hours you will require on your course, to give you the best chance of passing your test. The assessment drive is £44 and lasts approx. 100 mins.

Course prices may vary slightly depending on your needs, but here is a general guide to prices:

5 hours: £150.00 (If you have recently failed a driving test)

10 hours: £250.00 (If you are almost ready for your test but need a few improvements)

15 hours: £360.00 (If you have fairly good car control and experience of town driving).

20 hours: £470.00 (If you have covered the basics but still need some practice)

25 hours: £580.00 (If you have covered all the basics and still need lots of practice).

30 hours or more: £690+ (If you have not previously learned all the basics including manoeuvres)

Please note that because these courses take up a large amount of your instructors time, full payment will be required before the course commences.

QUESTION:

Why don't you offer "cheap driving lessons"?

As with many things in life, to a certain extent, you get what you pay for. All driving instructors and driving lessons are not the same. Any driving school offering cheap lessons is cutting corners somewhere. A driving instructor who is charging £15 per lesson (including discounts), in order to make a profit, will need you to take a lot more lessons than an instructor who charges £20 per lesson (including discounts). It will also take you longer to pass your driving test!

Teaching people to drive is a mentally demanding job, and as a result, the quality of lessons will suffer if a driving instructor has to work extremely long hours. So when you book driving lessons, make sure you are going for quality and not quantity.
